Ingredients

FRESH COW'S MILK .
SALT .
SPECIAL MICROBIAL RENNET .
LIME

Preparation

- BOIL THE MILK OVER LOW HEAT, LEAVING THE MILK UNTILL LUKEWARM.
- DISSOLVE RENNET AND LIME IN A GLASS OF WATER THEN ADD TO THE MILK.
- MILK LEAVE IT FOR ONE HOURE , THER COVER THE MILK WELL IN SUITABLE TEMPERATURE FOR TWO HOURES.
- THEN OPEN THE COVER ON THE MILK AND PUT THE TEMPLATE CREATED IN WHITE LIGHT CLOTH, AND PUT SOME WEIGHT ON IT UNTILL IT IS BECOMES LIQUIDATED.
(TO KEEP THE CHEESE FOR LONG TIME , MUST BE IN THE WATER WITH SALT)
